Meet Valerie: The AI Running a Business

An AI is running a real business in San Francisco. Her name is Valerie. She decides what to sell, sets the prices, adjusts strategy, and runs the operation—live, in the real world. No scripts, no pre-programmed responses, no “demo mode.” This tour gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how it all works—from the machine itself to the logic behind Valerie’s decisions. But the best part? You don’t just watch… you get to interact. Ask Valerie anything.Challenge her decisions.Test how she thinks in real time. Whether you’re curious about AI, skeptical of the hype, or just looking for something actually interesting to do in SF—this is one of those experiences that sparks conversation long after it’s over. It’s part tech, part experiment, part “wait… is this really happening?”
