East LA Ecstatic Dance at 5:30pm EVERY SUNDAY

Meet us in the center of the park for some chill ecstatic dance with your toes in the grass. Ecstatic dance is a free-form, guided movement practice where there's no choreography, no steps to learn, and no wrong way to move — just you and the music, letting your body express whatever is alive in the moment. As a curated flow of sound moves you, it becomes meditation in motion: a way to release tension that words can't reach, feel into your emotions rather than think about them, and reconnect with the pure, uncomplicated joy of simply moving. Because there's no performance and no fixed outcome, each session is deeply personal, yet the shared container makes it powerfully collective — a safe, judgment-free space where you can be playful, expressive, and unpolished, and walk away feeling a little more like yourself than when you arrived.
