Tai Chi for Beginners Serving Long Beach for over 13 years! Join us as we take a break from stressors, bring stillness to mind, move through the heart, and give ourselves the time to recharge and restart with Tai Chi! Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial art that has over the years evolved into a form of rehabilitation, mental well-being and overall health.
