Refill Your Cup

Take a moment to just breathe. Join us for an afternoon to refill your cup and take time to just breathe. Velum Mystica will be leading us in a sound bath session and Alma y Alchemia will be leading us in a gentle energy cleanse. Take time to build community with like minded folks doing amazing community work and provide a moment of self care. Don't forget your sunscreen, yoga mats/blankets and comfy clothes—let's make some great memories together!
