The Mama Connection

A judgment-free space where mamas can share it all; the good, the hard, the messy, or simply nothing at all. The Mama Connection is a weekly, in-person support group designed to give mamas a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space to connect with one another. Mamas can share what’s going on in their lives, talk through the highs and lows of motherhood, ask for support, or simply come listen. There are no expectations or pressure to participate, mamas are welcome to come exactly as they are.
