Lace up for a 5-mile or 5K run with Run 562. All levels and paces are welcome. Join us for Run 562! Run 562 is built on community, inclusion, and strength. These are the values that guide us. You belong here, we run together, we rise together. Our in-person run will kick off at 6:30PM and we'll be meeting at lululemon Long Beach 2nd & PCH. We will meet every Thursday for your 5-mile or 5K run or walk experience. Hydration will be provided post run!
