Experience Recovery

Dive into healing and hope with others at Experience Recovery! Discover a new Christian approach to the 12 steps Join us in person at First Lutheran Church for Experience Recovery , a Christian 12 Step fellowship that's open to everyone. This is a welcoming space where you can connect with others on the journey of recovery. The event takes place every Tuesday night at 6:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) . We hope to see you there! Our mission is to help each other experience recovery and freedom from addiction and difficulties by following a Christ-centered recovery pathway that comes alongside 12-Step programs. We believe lasting recovery is found not merely in self-improvement, but in a relationship with Jesus Christ—the one who heals, redeems, and makes all things new .Are we an AA group? While Experience Recovery is not an AA group, it is inspired by the 12 Steps, which have helped countless people obtain sobriety and healing. Like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and other 12-Step recovery programs, we value honesty, humility, accountability, and fellowship. All people are welcome to come just as they are.We welcome people of all faiths and levels of spiritual maturity who are seeking freedom from addiction and difficulties. We simply ask for openness to exploring recovery through a biblical perspective and a growing relationship with Jesus.
