Sacred Sound Ceremony at The Richland

Unwind, release stress, and deeply relax with crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and Reiki in a restorative Sacred Sound Ceremony. Join us each month at The Richland for a deeply restorative Sacred Sound Ceremony designed to help you slow down, soften, and create space to fully unwind. In a world that constantly asks you to push, perform, and hold it all together, this is your space to pause. Through the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle Reiki energy work , you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing experience where you can let go, settle your body, and simply receive. You don’t need to do anything but lie down and receive. No previous experience with sound healing, meditation, or Reiki is necessary. Come exactly as you are and allow the sound to move through you. Many guests leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and deeply rested — like taking a full-body exhale you didn’t realize you were holding. ✨ What to Expect • Crystal singing bowls • Tibetan singing bowls • Gongs • Chimes • Gentle Reiki energy work • Guided relaxation • Time to simply rest, receive, and be present 🌿 What to Bring Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable while lying down, such as: • Yoga mat • Blanket • Pillow • Water bottle • Comfortable, warm clothing If you prefer, a Yoga Mat, Blanket & Pillow Rental may be available as an optional add-on when purchasing your ticket. ✨ No experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound ceremony or you're already familiar with sound healing, you're welcome to join us. Give yourself permission to slow down, release the day, and make space for deep rest. Your monthly reset starts here.
