Grassroots Poetry Open Mic

Join Antioch's poetry movement the last Friday of every month at the Grassroots Poetry Open Mic hosted by CordonConcepts and Moe Ministry! The last Friday of every month is poetry night in Antioch and one of the best things in the City. For the past 3 years we've met the last Friday of every month to share and celebrate poetry. Each poetry night starts at 7:30pm and is completely free. The water and wine are also free, but the poets get first dibs on the wine. On arrival you will find a welcoming enviornment and will get to meet poets at all levels in their career throughout the night. A different theme will be announced each month, you can follow our Instagram to see what the theme is for this month. Whether you're looking for something to do for a date night, are looking to share poems from your journal, or are looking to connect with a community of poets, we look forward to seeing you there!
