Whether you’re a regular hiker or just looking for a reason to get outdoors, you belong here. Spending time in nature and engaging in physical activity can support our mental well-being, help us manage stress, and give us opportunities to connect with others. Sometimes, a little fresh air and good company are exactly what we need. You don’t have to be the fastest, the fittest, or have it all figured out.
