Get ready for an electrifying ride as Bosch eBike Systems unveils our first hands-on Technical Training experience for MY27 in Sacramento! New for our MY27 training season, Bosch eBike Systems is proud to present our inaugural Advanced Technical Dealer Certification, designed specifically for technical staff. For those who have completed our Intro Training within the prior 12 months, we invite you to a deep dive, hands-on experience focused on service, helping you to understand diagnosis, troubleshooting, and effective resolution in extreme use case scenarios. Using benchtop workstations, we will practice: Attendees are required to arrive on the day of training with their own laptops, Bosch Partner Portal access, and the Bosch Diagnostic Tool 3 with compatible USB-C diagnostic cable, ready to use. This Technical Certification will award dealers access to the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for servicing smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 equipped bikes for 24 months and includes a voucher for the comprehensive Bosch Cross Swap Box for the smart system, available through our service partner by March 2027.
