Trivia Night for a Great Cause: At the Movies

Answer questions about the silver screen, and play to support aspiring filmmakers in Sacramento. Welcome to ENLIGHTENMENT Trivia, in which you play a thematic game each time, and also play for a great cause. This month, we’re rolling out the red carpet for you movie buffs. Put your cinematic knowledge to the test with film-focused questions about movie history, geography, science, sports and soundtracks. Whether you are a casual film fan or a hardcore cinephile, grab your friends and compete for ultimate bragging rights and great prizes (free movie tickets)! The great cause you’ll be supporting is Modest Film Society , which hosts movie screenings, workshops and networking events for independent filmmakers in Sacramento. Registration fee to play is $10, with all proceeds going to the Modest Ffilm Society. Movie-themed prizes go to the top winners, including passes to Modest Film Society’s Halloween film screening on October 29, and free tickets to see your film of choice at Dreamland Cinema and the Crest Theatre . Teams of up to 6 people. And don’t worry about coming solo — we’ll pair you with other people to make up a great team.
