Greening Tully Fields with Our City Forest! (Phases 3-6)

Join us for a morning of greening! What You’ll Be Doing: Join Our City Forest for a hands-on morning of greening the community! Volunteers will sheet mulch and maintain a new habitat planting along Coyote Creek. No experience needed! We’ll provide tools, gloves, and guidance! What to Bring to Volunteer: If you arrive at the event without the above items, you may be turned away from volunteering due to safety reasons. Age Recommendation: This event is best suited for volunteers ages 13 and up. Younger participants are welcome to attend with an adult but may need extra supervision for safety. For elementary aged volunteers we ask that there is 1 adult for every 2 children if possible. Getting Started: Please plan to arrive on time for our demonstration at the beginning of the event. This is where you’ll learn how to sheet mulch safely and properly before getting hands-on in the field. Our team will continue to offer guidance and support throughout the event, so you’ll be in good hands even if it’s your first time.
