Let’s Talk Housing & More with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) Housing. Neighborhoods. Small businesses. Safety. Community. What does it take to create neighborhoods where Oaklanders can afford to live, local businesses can thrive, and residents feel connected to the community around them? For the fourth stop of Councilmember Brown’s Community Engagement Tour, we’re heading to Swan’s Market to have that conversation with residents and community members. Councilmember Brown is partnering with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) to talk about issues that matter to residents — including affordable housing, economic vitality, neighborhood safety, and the future of Oakland communities. Come share what’s working, what isn’t, what you’re concerned about, and what you want to see in your neighborhood.
