Join us for a run designed to get you moving! We will be celebrating Filipino American History Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Come by for some chill miles around Stanford University and then stick around for community building. We will be providing Filipino treats! We will have Progressive Motion join our run, which is a Filipino-owned business in the wellness industry. Progressive Motion is a performance forward, physical therapist owned gym space. They offer evidence based care with elite coaching and recovery through combining physical therapy, massage therapy, and strength & conditioning services. Their facility is based in Redwood City.
