A dinner featuring Hirsch Vineyards wines paired with a multi-course menu. Founded by David Hirsch in 1980, Hirsch Vineyards is a keystone estate located on the western edge of the Sonoma Coast. Celebrated for its exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the estate’s rugged, cool-climate site and diverse soils yield wines of remarkable complexity and sense of place. While Hirsch produces its own estate wines, its fruit is also highly sought after by some of California’s top producers. The vineyard is widely regarded as one of the most important and influential sites in the Sonoma Coast appellation. We are honored to welcome Jasmine Hirsch, winegrower and managing partner of Hirsch Vineyards, to Augustine for an unforgettable evening of storytelling and wine.
