Body, Mind & Page Book Group (Hybrid)

The Body, Mind, and Page Book Group at Santa Teresa Library discusses works of fiction and non-fiction on topics around health and wellness. The club meets from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of the month January through November, third Monday in December. Meetings are usually held in the Community Room at the Santa Teresa Branch Library in San Jose. Registration is not required for in person attendance, required for virtual attendance in Zoom. This book group offers participants the opportunity to log in through Zoom and attend virtually. The link will be sent out 24 hours before the meeting starts.
