Welcome to Present Connections—a relaxed evening of substance-free speed friending designed for adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Hosted at the San Francisco Buddhist Center, this event is for anyone looking to build genuine friendships rooted in presence, mindfulness, and authentic conversation. Whether you are fully sober, sober-curious, or simply looking for a peaceful night out, you are entirely welcome here. To respect the venue and the intention of this gathering, this is a strictly alcohol- and drug-free space. We kindly ask all guests to arrive entirely sober and to help us maintain a clear, peaceful environment throughout the evening. Spaces are kept limited to maintain an intimate and comfortable setting. We look forward to sharing space and connecting with you. All contributions go to keep the SFBC running. All our teachers are volunteers.
