Eat for the years ahead - not just for tonight. What if dinner could be enjoyable now - and still reflect how you want to eat years from now? The Longevity Table is an intimate 14-seat dinner exploring practical, sustainable eating patterns associated with long-term wellbeing. This isn't a restrictive diet dinner. It isn't a supplement presentation. And it isn't a promise that one ingredient, one meal or one protocol will make anyone live longer. Instead, the evening uses a carefully designed multi-course meal to explore a simpler question: What does eating well for the long run actually look like on a plate? Each course highlights a practical food principle - such as plant diversity, fiber-rich ingredients, balanced protein choices, unsaturated fats or minimally processed whole foods. Before each course, guests receive a brief explanation of the nutritional idea behind it. Then we eat. The educational portions stay intentionally short so dinner still feels like dinner. Midway through the evening, a guest nutrition or healthcare professional offers a focused 10-minute perspective on building sustainable eating habits. Just a small table, thoughtful food and a practical conversation about eating well over time.
